Today, we are in Santa Ana checking out the brand-new Hansshow location. I brought the Model Y Performance along. We wanted to see their new setup. We also wanted to catch a glimpse of some high-end installations in progress.
Hansshow is a big name in the Tesla and EV accessory world. They’ve finally moved into a dedicated office and installation space in Orange County. While they are currently in a soft opening phase, they are already taking appointments for installations. If you own a Cybertruck, Model 3, or Model Y, you should consider some tech upgrades. This location is one to observe.
The New Hansshow Headquarters
The new facility is split into two main sections. One section is a clean office area for customer service. The other section is a dedicated installation bay. During my visit, they were already busy working on a Cybertruck.

Technical Deep Dive: Hansshow 3-in-1 Phone Mount
Hansshow showed me their latest versatile phone mount kit. For those of us driving Tesla or Rivian, finding the right mounting point can be a pain. Our unique dash and vent designs make it challenging. This kit provides three distinct solutions:
- Behind-the-Screen Adhesive Mount: This is my favorite for the Model 3 and Y. It uses a strong adhesive to sit behind the main center display. It features an articulating arm. You can adjust its length. You can also pivot the phone to the perfect viewing angle.
- Surface/Windshield Mount: A simple, high-strength adhesive mount that can stick to the dash surface or the windshield. It utilizes a standard ball-joint system for maximum adjustability.
- Traditional Vent Hook: This won’t work on the hidden vents of a Tesla. However, it’s a great backup for other vehicles in your fleet that use traditional slats.
MagSafe Compatibility
The mount is natively MagSafe compatible. It works perfectly with the iPhone 12 through iPhone 16 Pro. It also works with the latest versions with MagSafe. If you have an Android device or an older iPhone, the kit includes an adhesive magnetic ring. You can stick it to the back of your phone. Alternatively, you can slip it inside your case to enable MagSafe functionality.
